Not Your Average Cheesesteak
Shaved skirt steak marinated in bacon fat, grilled with sweet caramelized onions and a blend of melted cheeses, served on a toasted Cuban baguette. Finished with house-made cheese sauce and a drizzle of three-pepper jelly. Served with fries.
Seared Ahi Tuna
Sesame-crusted ahi tuna, seared and sliced, served over mixed greens with Asian teriyaki dressing. Finished with dynamite sauce, ginger, and eel sauce.
Chicken Club
Shredded chicken layered on toasted multigrain bread with Swiss cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, and tarragon aioli. Served with a bistro salad.
Spinach Chicken Flatbread
Flatbread topped with our house-made spinach dip and seasoned chicken, finished with grated Parmesan cheese.
